Catherine is absolutely wonderful. I had never had a massage before and was really struggling with my mental health when I first visited. She was so welcoming and created such a calming, supportive, safe space, taking up extra time to speak to me - and the massage was incredible, I felt so grounded for the rest of the week. Thank you!
