I had an amazing morning, starting with a facial to relax me followed by my first Reiki treatment. Catherine was really comforting and made sure to test all the products on me before the facial due to my sensitive skin. She personalised the facial to suit my specific skin needs - the products she used were so lovely that I’ve put an order in! The Reiki treatment really resonated with me, I felt more calm and centered afterwards and will definitely be back. Catherine has a real talent at picking up on energies and struggles, and gave me some really great advice after to help re-balance my energies. She also advised me on some general well-being tips to help my dry skin and stress levels. A beautiful venue and amazing treatments. My new favourite go-to for treatments, thanks so much.
