It was a lovely and relaxing experience, Catherine was very caring and before the massage she asked me about how I was feeling and which areas I wanted her to focus on and she paid a lot of attention to my back pain. It was really nice, I recommend it 100%

All round amazing experience. The oils, the earthy beats, ( as opposed to the often insipid tunes played in massage therapy rooms ) . Mandala Flow is gorgeous, clean & stylish, individual ...as soon as you walk through the door you pick up on the great vibe. Cath really gets down to it , she gets into the muscles, no nonsense! I do lots of weights & this is just my sort of massage. However if you prefer a more soothing, chilled approach, Cath would be equally capable of this! ⭐️
