The therapist asked me what shape I wanted my nails and she filed them to where I wanted them. Then after applying the SNS she filed them again completely changing the shape and length! Not what I wanted at all. The SNS finish is bumpy and the colour uneven. There are bits in one of my nails. My cuticles weren’t cut properly. I won’t be goi back.
