Waxing - the room is not clean. The wax was too hot and took time to cool off. Worse of all - the lady was double dipping (using the same wax stick and dipping in the wax which will be used on multiple other ladies) which is a big no no!!! Most unhygienic!!! After realising that I had to stop the treatment and leave.
Pedicure - ok. The colour was all over the skin. The colour suggestion was not what I wanted. Found it for manicure but was too late to change for pedicure.

I enjoyed my threading and my eyebrows look great but the manicure and pedicure were very mediocre at best and I may as well have done it myself at home.
