Ladies half leg waxing- quite pricy and lady doing waxing was in a hurry and left many hair starnds.

The staff were absolutely lovely - friendly and chatty, creating a nice and welcoming atmosphere. My manicurist was extremely professional and thorough - making sure my nails were perfect and that I was pleased with them despite the fact it was a busy morning. I really appreciated this as I hate when you go somewhere and feel like they are rushing to get you finished.
Price feels a little bit steep given that this isn’t a central London location, but I did choose to pay £8 extra for chrome finish.

Good treatment and therapist was nice and careful, the only downside was that I choose to pay at the salon and had prices confirmed however once it came to pay lady said if it’s in the salon it’s £70 instead of £56 as Treatwell advertised and she said it was a glitch on their side. I could not reopen treatment on the side so had to pay more,not sure that’s the right way to treat clients
