I booked the Summer Prep Package for my last day in London (29 May) after a few days of visiting there. My other favorite Covent Garden spa closed down last year, so I needed a substitute, and Caudalie did not disappoint. I arrived at my appointment soaking wet from the rain and was in a distressed mood. But my spirits were quickly lifted as Katie introduced herself and led me downstairs for 90 minutes of bliss. Delicate Zen music was softly playing in the background. The massage on the heated bed with the Divine oil was wonderful, so much so that she startled me when she asked me to turn over so she could start the facial. I totally zoned out, but in a good way. My face looked fresh and vibrant with the products she used. Afterwards, she carefully explained which products she used on my face, and gave me lots of samples and a card which highlighted the used products. She told me about the divine oil she used for my massage and that it's a client favorite. Sold! I bought one. Although I didn't get a glass of wine as stated in the advert for the package, I really enjoyed my visit at Caudalie in London and I will certainly go again. I will tell my bestie who lives in London about Caudalie Spa. I know she'll love it.
Nice staff and nice products. However I was a bit disappointed by the quality of the massage as it was very very soft - too soft. Was asked about area of restriction or pain to be addressed during the treatment; I mentioned the neck and shoulder but my neck was hardly touched or massaged. Won't go back even if I like the Caudalie products.
