The staff was really attentive and helpful, as well as very well informed about all the products, treatments and benefits. The spa itself felt very luxurious and exclusive. Really lived up to the expectations of the brand and its status as the only Caudalie boutique in the UK. They used innovative techniques, for my facial for example, a freshly cut grape was massaged over my face. Thw whole experience was wrapped up with an amazing cup of herbal tea. Would definitely recommend it and I will soon be back for more.

I had a divine oil massage and an express facial with Hollie which was amazing. I like a deep massage which I mentioned to Hollie and she really gave a great massage, much better than many other places I have been to. I only had an express facial but it was very relaxing and I was pleased that I was given the option of applying the tinted Caudalie moisturiser which meant I didn't have to leave the spa feeling naked :) The treatments were perfect and the venue had such a lovely ambience that I will definitely be rebooking very soon and will be returning regularly.

I am familiar with the brand and the facial did not disappoint. the therapist took the time to discuss any concerns before and after the treatment and there waa no pressure to buy Products. Gentle facial, good for maintenance. Room was relaxing but not sound proof so could hear some of the noise from upstair's shop.
