Really relaxing experience in nice environs - I fell asleep at some point! Results of facial wasn't drastic, but it was a pleasant experience, with a nice run through of relevant products after.

Noise from upstairs could be heard. Room was small. No suitable place to put clothes. For the price and location I expected better.
