This time however I found the facial a bit rushed and less relaxing than normal. I was disappointed when the beautician took my hair out of the towel and sprayed products on it as I had just washed my hair before going to the spa and had to wash out the grease again when I came home. I think it’s better to ask people if they want products on their hair beforehand. Sorry for the feedback, great brand lovely ambiance and staff :)

Really disappointed with the customer service. I told them I have sensitive skin but they scrubbed it very aggressively and ignored when the towel was too hot for my face and pressed harder.

The treatment was sublime. The warm Devine oil massage leaves you really relaxed. Lovely treat.
