Lovely spa, very clean and very comfortable bed. My treatments were ok, facial was nothing special. My therapist was inexperienced and it showed. My eye make up wasn’t removed properly as she applied no pressure when taking off my mascara and was annoyingly gentle. The same went for cleansing my nose area, too gentle. She also used a scrub on me which I didn’t like and I made it clear to her at the start that I exfoliate with acids only. The products used in the facial are all available to buy in the shop and although I love the brand and use it at home, I was expecting more “active” salon only ingredients. My therapist although lovely was way too chatty when all I wanted to do was relax. The massage was better but I did start to feel cold towards the end.
I had an amazing experience here! Prob one of my best massages post pregnancy. Two days later I feel so good! Looking forward to revisiting!
