Very disappointed with the facial treatment I just experienced at RoyalNSpa. The description led me to believe it would be a luxurious facial with rejuvenating results. I was asked to remove my top as the treatment involved cleaning and massaging my neck and top of my chest. I ended up sitting top half naked and the therapist never touched these areas. There was no ambience in the room, bad lighting. I asked what products were being used and received 1 word answers. Overall a terrible experience
