I’ve been coming to this salon for two to three years regularly, and it’s a shame that they treat you with such little respect. I had an appointment booked for 12:30 and an hour before my appointment, without calling me, the therapist decided to change the appointment to 1pm. I arrived at the salon at 12:20 slightly early as I had an event to go to after. That’s when I found out they changed my appointment by half an hour without so much as a warning. You have just lost a loyal client - I’m never visiting your salon again.
