Mai was wonderful and the spa itself is great. Excellent service, great atmosphere, and overall one of the best spots in the neighbourhood

I had a great experience with Mai but I wish the details of my express mani and pedi had been given in the app as I thought I would have been given more than I got - I ended up spending a further £8 for a full mani. My feet were not even scrubbed, merely washed ... 🧐
