Whilst the treatment was very relaxing, my eyelashes didnโt even last a week :(

Really upsetting experience. Iโve never had a wax this bad before. The therapist kept going over and over the same area and fiddling with me in a way that I just donโt think was appropriate. I felt violated and was close to tears. Then loads of cold wax was left all over me and she wouldnโt give me anything so I could remove it. The venue just belittled my experience telling me other people like her!? And then still charged me for a very bad mani/ pedi.

I feel bad writing this review because the person who did my lash lift was very nice. But I had booked specifically this day/time to have Didi do the treatment and it was very unfair to not tell me that someone else was going to do itโฆ After four days (and taking every necessary precaution) the lift effect is already almost gone. Also, there was no option to pay with a credit card so they didn't give me a receipt.
T was very accommodating and friendly. He did my nails amazingly with care. Will definitely come back!
