Charlene is just fantastic at sorting my nails out. They're definitely a challenge but she never makes you feel intimidated. Always welcoming and chatty. Fantastic attention to detail. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Charlene's room is immaculate & the products she uses are top class. Charlene is friendly & chatty, & a perfectionist. I showed her a few ideas of nail art I was looking for & she came up with a beautiful interpretation. Over the moon with them. Can't wait to see what new treatments she will be doing in the future.
