My therapist carried out a skin analysis with a machine at the beginning of my session. She told me that the condition of my skin was very bad and basically that I am doomed unless I sign up to a course of treatments. She cited the words dehydrated, pores full of bacteria, sun damaged and said I had damage around my eyes from looking at a computer/ mobile phone screen too much. I am happy to accept if my skin is in bad condition but a more positive spin could have been put on the delivery of this news..! I felt the plastic mask used during the subsequent treatment was uncomfortable and made me feel claustrophobic. The therapist moved in and out of the room whilst I had this on. A hand massage would have been more relaxing during this time. After the treatment I asked if I could have the skin analysis carried out once again to see if it had improved in any way and for my morale to be lifted! She initially say yes and then back tracked a few minutes later saying it wasn't included in my package. If I'd had the analysis and seen an improvement in my results, I would definitely have thought twice about returning. By refusing, this it feels like a bit of a con.
Great place and staff. Very well trained.
I would not recommend the facial to anyone, definitely not worth the offer of £39 ( original price £299) I felt like the therapist was just trying to sell me other treatments as soon as I got there. The staff were friendly but I would definitely not recommend this to anyone nor would I come back again.
Horrible
When I arrived they said my appointment was the following week, then the following month and then took a photo of my confirmation before saying they could "squeeze me in". Having sat in a slightly dirty room for 35 minutes and already having been given a bit of a sales pitch, and then the therapist running off to deal with someone else (!), I left. Awful.
