I arrived at 9.50am for a 10am booking and the salon was still not open by 10.35 before walking away and finding another salon. I received a call at 11am to advise the lady was running late and had arrived just after 10am which I knew to be untrue. I am still awaiting a refund for my prepaid treatment.

Disappointed with my nails, the lady did a very messy job, and didn’t bother to tidy up my nails. She was rough and I bled due to her rushing. She also charged me for taking shellac off my nails. I’m now left with messy nails, all over my skin and bumps on nails and cuts.
