Woman who washed me hair didn’t use conditioner! The lady who cut it did a great job and did a fabulous blow dry. However when it got to payment the Director said she will charge me £10 more because my hair is long - I told her that when I made the booking I ticked the box which states “long hair past the shoulders” which it was (my hair didn’t go down to my waist or anything). She then said oh it’s because you cut more than 3 inches. I had actually cut 3 inches but anyway I still offered to pay another £5, not £10 because I ticked the correct box for length. She then said it’s in our T&C to increase price for long hair even if I ticked the correct length box. So I asked her to show me. She said I’m too busy running this place and told me to never come back again! (Though I never intended to anyway!) terrible customer experience! Shame because the lovely blonde lady who cut my hair did a great job!
