I arrived at 9.50am for a 10am booking and the salon was still not open by 10.35 before walking away and finding another salon. I received a call at 11am to advise the lady was running late and had arrived just after 10am which I knew to be untrue. I am still awaiting a refund for my prepaid treatment.
