I booked a wash and haircut only (no blow-dry). When I arrived I was told that I hadn't booked for long hair, so the price was 7 pounds extra, I told the her that there was no option on Treatwell for different hair lengths and it did not state that when I had booked. She was quite rude about it and said that I was the 2nd customer that day with this problem. The haircut is bad, the front is layered too short and she took off at least 10cm from some sections in the front when I only asked for a trim. Do not recommend going here.
