Scarlet was attentive and chatty (but not too chatty).
She did a thorough shampoo with a good head massage.
Her blow dry was done confidently (no burnt ears) and the finish looked professional.
Overall I was pleased with my experience.

I felt the environment was not professional I’m afraid
A lot of students just sitting about on their phones or larking around without any intervention from staff which confused me.
I felt Cassie could have been more guided before n during the treatment
No one checked in on the outcome of the treatment before I left -not until I was about to open the exit door !
I felt a tutor should have checked in on us both before I left the chair
My colour wasn’t what I asked for at all and I did politely mention that when asked by tutor as I was leaving
I did keep repeating (to Cassie throughout my treatment )what I wanted and had clearly shown the tutor the example of what I was requesting before a colour decision was made
I think the tutors should have checked in at least once during the treatment
Cassie was lovely and I feel she should have had more guidance from staff but maybe felt embarrassed to ask perhaps?
I didn’t have a cut and unfortunately was disappointed with the blow dry , my hair feels very dry and crispy this eve
It has sadden me to be this honest and it is not meant to be personal to anyone but I do think some tightening up regarding the professionalism of the college is needed urgently
The students should be encouraged to behave more appropriately, especially the three young guys who were there this pm .
I know they are learning and young however it was not a pleasant experience with some of the students mucking around and laughing and joking ,a little too much for the environment they were supposed to be learning in
