Alana is an absolute 'natural'! She has a gentle touch and her head massage is by far the best I've ever experienced! She didn't rush, and it was actually therapeutic. She cut my hair with precision and took her time, which makes the customer feel valued. We chatted and at other times she worked silently-a perfect combination. I would give her 10 out of 10. You will go far, Alana. Thank you.
