Grace was professional in all of her interactions today.
She listened to what I wanted today, took time to explain all the processes and carried them out, asking my opinion at every step. She was able to answer a couple of questions I had fully and informatively.

Really enjoy coming here, the staff are so intent on getting your hair just right, it takes longer, but, I love seeing the students develop confidence.
One thing I would mention, dropping comb or brush on the floor and continuing to use it on me was a bit disturbing. Otherwise, marvellous results, I shall be back 😘
