My stylist was very slow, and not very confident, although in the end I was very pleased with the result, I do understand that this is a training school , how ever I do feel without the intervention of the tutor I might still be there.

Chewing chewing gum for over half the appointment. After finishing blow drying it she just said you don't want it straightened, made me feel uncomfortable because I did. Didn't speak to me at all through the appointment
