Very willing to get the cut just as you want it and didn't hesitate for guidence if unsure, which was very reassuring.. Even though not much guidence was needed, overall a great experience.
I think my mum will be going along and I had lots of complements on the haircut, so hopefully a few more will head your way to.

erin was very polite but a bit quiet and maybe a bit shy at times i had problems hearing her.
i think she did a good job with the help of mandy on my thick hair considering its her first year.
