I felt the Lady in charge on Wednesday wasn’t as good as the other Lady, maybe she is on Holiday.
I felt Mollie spent too much time on testing and chatting to a lady who came in for a colour test leaving me sitting in the Chair.

I arrived ro my stylist being off sick was the. Advised i should have had a pre day assesment which i didn't have, after discussion there was a change of what I wanted to have done and to be honest over all Emily and trainer where amazing but the cokour is not what I wanted and I havent come away with the compliments that i would expect after such a long appointment over all staff and service amazing colour I am totally dissapointed and unhappy with.
Ladies' Highlights
First time with Tamara, she has a way to go. She was to gentle washing my hair ( my opinion ) other than that I felt in good hands the main woman was always near by.
