This is the second time I have attended Blu with Jess as the stylist. The first time was not a great experience but the second was better. This time there were fewer people in the shop so felt safer and more relaxed. This time the cut only took just over 2 hours (instead of 4 first time). This time I was happy with the haircut I left with, unlike the first time when I had to cut it myself again when I got home. Perhaps Jess has more experience now, 7 weeks later, and I was happy with this visit

Charlotte was welcoming soon as I entered the shop. Very professional an thorough throughout an worked to the highest standard. She did a fantastic job on my hair.

Mollie was fantastic, really knowledgeable and skilled! Suggested styles and showed me pictures of those styles for my hair, which really helped as I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted! She went back to the tutor when she needed and she was confident in her skills. Great communication with me and quick at her work. Love how my hair turned out. Lots of compliments since :)

I am really pleased with Jodie and the instructors. I do not worry about the fact that the girls are trainees . Good work all round
