Charlotte was really friendly, and although I had seen via her Instagram how talented she was I was still so surprised with the outcome of my treatment by how talented at hair she actually is! Considering she’s still training, she’s amazing at what she does!
Balayage
Hairdressers was nice and warm instead of having door open(for COVID). Only had to wait a few minutes for Katie to be ready. She did a good Haircut.

Lovely experience having a blowdry here,very relaxing atmosphere,got the exact look I asked for, had lots of compliments on my hair afterwards, the stylist was lovely,great hair wash too very pleased
