Well l was upset when l got home because my hair had no style was the same length all over and did not have many curls l lost my husband October after 60years and this was to cheer me up l hoped they would advise me l have not been to the hairdressers for a long time the girl was very nice and polite it was not her fault

Ladies' Full Head Highlights
This is the second time I have attended Blu with Jess as the stylist. The first time was not a great experience but the second was better. This time there were fewer people in the shop so felt safer and more relaxed. This time the cut only took just over 2 hours (instead of 4 first time). This time I was happy with the haircut I left with, unlike the first time when I had to cut it myself again when I got home. Perhaps Jess has more experience now, 7 weeks later, and I was happy with this visit
