Ruby was brilliant, very professional and made me feel very relaxed, the highlights were done perfectly, Mandy was very good at checking all was going well, I’m really pleased with my blow dry and Ruby curled my hair which made it look lovely , thank you to both Ruby and Mandy for a very relaxing experience 10/10
