Janey greeted me with a smile and a cup of coffee (good start)
I asked for a good firm shampoo massage and lots of conditioner. ( tick well done Janey)
Although my hair is very fine she managed to get the volume I asked for when blow-drying. (I would ask for Janey again)

Really pleased with the outcome especially for a level 2 student Emi good job. Had a cut and blow dry with toner. Donna is a fantastic, patient and experienced teacher.
