This was the 2nd hair cut with Kira, she listened to how I wanted my hair styled and gave me exactly what I'd asked for. I am aware that her training is coming to an end which showed in a calm, professional manner throughout my appointment. I wish her every success.

I am happy with my haircut. I had a few inches off the length and Maisy finished it to a high standard. She was friendly, chatty and pleasant - she explained when she needed to consult Donna to get guidance/approval. I would go to Maisy again for future hair cuts. Feedback to make a good experience great: At the hair wash, it would have been nice to have been asked if the temperature was ok (it could have been hotter) with a bit more pressure while shampooing. Overall a good experience!

The whole experience was fantastic Annabel listened to what I wanted and was enthusiastic to achieve it. Her tutor Donna was brilliant and encouraging. Well worth every penny I’ll certainly be rebooking Thank you
