The trainer was excellent and very professional. She gave clear instructions with demonstrations. She also gave reasons behind instructions. She taught the trainee but included me in the conversation. She was very patient with an unsure trainee and managed the situation well when trainee appeared slightly overwhelmed ( short hair cur appeared to be the worry of the trainee)
