My stylist was Saffron not Lola. Saffron was very polite, engaged on how I wanted my style. She knew her limitations, and asked for help from the tutor when needed. She chatted freely during the tasks she was confident in, and during the cutting of the hair, quite rightly concentrated very well on cutting my hair.
She was very attentive and it was an overall pleasant experience. Well done Saffron.
