First time with a trainee. Needn't have worried. My stylist was pleasant, approachable and able to chat easily to me. I have shortish hair and had a pixie style cut. The trainee was less comfortable with short hair by her own admission but was very ably guided with demonstrations by the trainer. She then continued to put into practice what she'd been shown. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. Will definitely be back (have already made my next appointment!)
