Mia Thomas was attentive and polite. I was her first head of highlights and with the tutor Donna (Qualified hairdresser) on hand when needed she did a great job! The blow dry and style at the end was also lovely and Mia needed no help with that. Happy customer 😁

I did need to change my mind on style as I realised this student was new but that is fair enough.
I had allowed the hour and half but it was 2 hours fifteen.

I am very pleased with my haircut. India was lovely and friendly and thorough with my cut. The process took a while but only because it was being checked regularly by the trainer which is understandable. Thank you

This was my first time at The Salon and it didn't disappoint. Compared to some other salon experiences, I felt welcomed and it was a nice, warm atmosphere. Staff were attentive. Really happy with my haircut, it was done exactly how I asked for it which doesn't always happen! Would definitely recommend to others and would happily come back.

Megan was lovely. She gave me a beautiful cut, exactly as I wanted it. She made sure to get feedback at every step from an experienced stylist and followed through with my suggestions and feedback as well. The appointment took a bit longer than the 1.5 hours estimated on treatwell. Make sure to park somewhere where you can extend the time from your phone. This is normal as everyone is still learning and doing things properly.
