The girl didn't have enough experience to cut she only started in August 2021
Hasn't cut hair before.Not her fault to much waiting around to get the support she needed was very nervous as she was waiting to long for staff to show her what to do she needed one to one to give her more confidence I felt for the girl. I was there from 9.30am to 12pm hair still wasn't finished. I do think you need more than one member of staff to do training with these students. Any other time I've be there been fine

As always a warm welcome from all the staff at The Salon! 😁 I had the delightful Paris H doing my full head of highlights and blow dry this time and she was attentive from start to finish! I am so pleased with all her hard work and felt like a new person! I cannot stress enough how good Paris and the rest of the trainee's are! If they are unsure of anything there's always a qualified hairdresser/tutor on site.

I am a regular customer and always had a good experience as haircuts etc are always overlooked and it’s a great place for trainee hairdressers to learn their craft. The place is friendly and clean and your requirements are always listened to.if you want a trim or a complete change of hairstyle I would recommend this place.
