Shambles, trainer seemed to have an attitude. Student didn’t know what to do with my hair, she needs more training. She was lovely but needs to be aware what to say to customers. Atmosphere was bad yesterday in the salon. I’m not happy with what my hair colour looks like and I won’t be returning to this salon due to this bad experience
