Overall I had a good experience at The Salon. Ellie was inexperienced but progressed cautiously and frequently asked for help so I received a good haircut. The salon good have been warmer to make the waits for the teacher's help a bit more comfortable.

I have curly hairs, so not very easy to get them right. The teacher stylist certainly was very professional and prepared for the rounded hair style I asked for. Very happy with the final result.

Great staff and very happy with my haircut but be prepared to wait as the process is a little longer than a normal haircut. Brilliant though

This was my third visit to the Academy and my second appointment there with Morgan. Once again had a great experience. Firstly, all very COVID safe. Secondly, being undecided as to what I wanted re hairstyle, both Morgan and the more experienced stylist overseeing the trainees, were able to give me some really helpful advice. So very happy with the end result and will definitely be going back for all future hairdressing. Highly recommend.

As always,made to feel very welcome. All COVID-19 measures adhered  to 🤒😷
I had a full head of highlights and then beautifully styled by Oliwia 😁 She was very informative and asked for my opinion when needed. There is always a qualified tutor on hand if either the student or you as a customer would like advise 🤗
I really would highly recommend The Salon in Letchworth for having you hair done❗️ Mondays Only! 👍🏼😁
