I was admittedly apprehensive as I had never had Reflexology before but Mario was so calming and professional I immediately felt at ease.
Throughout the treatment I felt completely relaxed, more so than I envisioned and remained so for the rest of the day which felt amazing. I would thoroughly recommend Mario to anyone interested in having Reflexology or even if you just need some down time or a new method to detach from the stress of daily life.

Great session with Mario, I would highly recommend him. During the consultation he took the time to address ancillary issues I have and how reflexology could work with the issues. He was careful to ask about pressure during the treatment. Excellent service, I would highly recommend!

Mario is an amazing therapist, it was perhaps the best reflexology session I had in years. I got so relaxed that I almost fell asleep, something that never happened to me before... Mario has a very gentle and loving energy and you can see genuinely he likes helping people. By the end of the session I felt like a new person. Will definitely continue and strongly recommend Mario's treatment.
