Amazing, fantastic, wonderful! What more can I say. The whole experience was more than just reflexology. During the session, I didn't sleep like i usually do but I felt like I had an out of body experience and also felt very emotional. Mario worked on my shoulder and neck areas and although they felt painful for a couple of days following, it now feels fantastic and better than it has for years!

This was my third visit to see Mario at the A.L.O Clinic and it was just as good as the last 2 times. mario is incredibly attentive and knows his craft well. I have already booked my next appointment and really feel the benefits after treatment. Thank you Mario!

I am always a bit sceptical when treatments are offered at discount prices. I was pleasantly suprised by this one. The location, facilites, value for money and the professionalism of the therapist was more than I expected so I would recommend this to anyone who wants to try reflexology for the first time or for those who already know what the treatment entails.

I have been going to Mario for a few times now for my shoulders and back pain after having a baby. I also see an acupuncturist separately and feel that both are helping me with my shoulder pains.
I have had a number of treatments all over the world, yet I have never really been able to relax fully during any of them. Apart from this treatment that is. I will definitely be buying a course, since it's the only thing I've found which really works for me. Terrific.
