Mario's reflexology treatment was fantastic. I was not too sure how a foot massage could help relax other areas of the body. The massage began gently and was very relaxing but soon I noticed that some pressure points were quite painful. When I mentioned that the area he was massaging is painful, he told me that this was my shoulder area - I have been having shoulder pains for months caused by carrying my 8 month old, so I was very surprised! I fell asleep and woke up so refreshed! It was the best massage I have had.
Reflexology
This was my first reflexology treatment and I was a bit sceptical about how playing with someone's feet could affect the rest of the body, however I'm now a convert and will be heading back for further treatments.
The treatment itself was lovely, I think I fell asleep near the end as it was so relaxing.
Afterwards I was a bit emotional. Also felt a bit lighter which continued on for a few days after treatment.
Definitely recommend!
Mario was very kind and personable. I really loved the foot massage which was was extremely relaxing. I am considering going back for a further course but can certainly recommend him.
Reflexology
Mario was enormously kind, thoughtful, and caring. He gave the most wonderfully relaxing foot massage. He is a very genuine person and he put me at my ease and I would not hesitate to recommend his services.
The ALO Clinic is set in quite a strange building on Harley Street, but it does the job. Mario was very friendly, knowledgeable and I really enjoyed the treatment.
