Let me just start by saying the salon called me 5 minutes before my booking letting me know the hairdresser I had booked had gone home and that I had to re-arrange my treatment whilst I was already on my way.
Once I eventually got to the salon, I had a wash, cut (I had very long hair and asked for a "dramatic trim but nothing too short" ) and a "natural curly blow dry".
The lady who cut and dried my hair was lovely however just went straight in for a good 3 inches off my hair without gradually checking so you can imagine my shock - luckily I really didn't care too much but if I was a typical girl with long hair I may have had a panic attack right about this moment.
Then there was the curly blow dry I asked for. As I was going out that day I asked the same lady to just give me a nice natural lose wave / curl (I showed a photo of how my hair is usually styled - nothing too fancy) and I walked out with a short, back combed and super voluminous 60's blowdry.
Overall, the cut was of ok quality but the lady did not seem to care or listen to anything I asked for - from now worrying about cutting too much hair to giving me a really outdated blow out. Probably won't return.
