Just got home from having my hair cut and I absolutely fuming! I went in with long hair down my back, I asked for a 'V' shape cut at the back and side fringe. After a lecture about the condition of my hair, he got to work. I've left with a straight layered cut that is just below my shoulders! If I wasn't going to cry I would've argued for a refund but just wanted to get out. He ignored everything I said and did what the hell he wanted. So, 3 years of growing my hair, gone! So upset!
