I booked an eyebrow threading appointment as I was getting off to New York the next day and was looking for a place relatively not too over priced and one where they do a good job. Having been to cerenity before for an eyebrow threading session to go again was a no brainer. I walked in a few moments earlier than my expected appointment time but they welcomed me and bought me immediately (but not in a rushed way) when seated and comfortable the beauty technician began talking to me again as she did previously and the conversation again was very relaxed and lovely to chat to her. She also did a lovely job once again on my eyebrows; made it to perfection by keeping it a little thick but still yet nice and thin at the same time. Overall, the booking process (which I hadn’t done on Treatwell before) was very quick and easy to process. It was a really pleasant experience again and will soon be returning when my eyebrows are due a treatment again
Preet was amazing!! So bubbly and has great customer service. She looked after me very well!! Highly recommend this salon. The best waxing experience !!
