Caroline has been cutting and colouring my hair for several years now. She is very knowledgeable and experienced and takes the time to discuss any needs or preferences beforehand, and provides explanations and/or reassurance as needed. Easy to talk to. Always does a great job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. Thank you Caroline 😊

This is my first visit to the House of Harrogate. Lovely salon. Big, and busy but looked very professional and everyone seemed friendly and welcoming.
