Caroline is always friendly but professional. She is an experienced who is caring & attentive, She consistently cuts my short hair very well. The cut keeps its shape well between 6 weekly appointments.

Being new in Harrogate I can say I have made a wise choice when I booked for Crown House. Caroline was warm and welcoming and very professional. I do appreciate her knowledge on curly hair and my hair looks and feels fantastic. I think Iwill become a regular.
