Instead of an hour massage only had 50 mins! The therapist didn't care, never asked me for the pressure and was done without the heart. The place was very cold and awful

Waited for 20 minutes outside for the staff to open due to train delays. Massage started 15 mins late not ideal as I was pushed for time anyway. Staff were apologetic though.

The whole treatment was a great experience, yet I didn't feel rejuvenated once I went out. That didn't lie on the masseuse or her skills, rather that I'm in dire need of a few more treatments before I get back to my old self. Otherwise, she didn't only do pure aromatherapy, which surprised me but also incorporated Thai massage techniques towards the end. So, I advise when booking, that expect more than what you bargained for, but take this as a positive!
