I had an aromatherapy back massage. It lasted 40 minutes and was so relaxing. The pressure used was just right and the massage was free flowing, with no breaks in continuity. I've had a problem with stiffness in my left shoulder and since this massage ( 3 days ago) the stiffness has gone.
